    摘要:

    对采用可溶性合金型芯整体模压成型的复合材料发动机机体,用三维有限元方法对其进行了应力场和位移场粘弹性研究,建立了机体用复合材料的粘弹性力学模型,反映了机体的变形规律,获得更精确的应力场和位移场。通过机体的动态实时测试,验证了计算结果的正确性

    Abstract:

    Polymer composites present the behaviours of the viscoelastic under the working temperature of the engines. The space and time have to be taken into account in the calculation because the mechanical components vary with both space and time. In this paper the viscoelastic stresses and the displacements of the composite engine block,which is shaped by moulding of meltable alloy core, were analyzed by threedimension finite element method. The viscoelastic model of the composite engine block was set up and can express the deformation of the block. The accurate stress and displacement fields can be obtained. The calculation results were found in good coincidence with the testing results.
