The fuzzy control algorithm was applied to the automatic control system for controlling the outlet grain moisture content of grain dryer. The intelligent fuzzy controller was developed on the basis of 89c51 single chip computer. The method for designing the hardware and software of the control system was also studied. The results for online control of the wheat moisture content in the grain dryer show that the high precision and real time control can be realized using this system.
