    摘要:

    介绍了基于计算机的农业物料碰撞特性数据采集系统的组成和测控软件的设计要点。应用结果表明,PCL-1800数据采集卡A/D转换的滞后触发方式和DMA数据传递组合是农业物料碰撞特性数据采集的有效方法。该系统工作可靠,虚拟仪器面板操作简便,实现了农业物料碰撞特性试验数据采集自动化。

    Abstract:

    An automated data acquisition system for the impact characteristics experiments of agricultural materials was developed. An accelerometer, a force sensor and a high-performance DAS card PCL-1800 were interfaced with a microcomputer for this purpose. The software of the data acquisition was developed on the Advantech's Genie, which is a Windows-based data acquisition, control, analysis and presentation development software package. The post-trigger mode for A/D conversion start and DMA data transfer were applicable for the high-speed data acquisition of the impact characteristics of agricultural materials. Performance of the data acquisition system was demonstrated by using it in the experiments of impact characteristics of pears.
