    根据水-空气引射原理设计了一种新型增氧机,可同时进行冰下和深水的增氧,以解决我国北方地区冬季鱼类供氧和鱼池水质净化问题。对其主要结构参数进行了设计计算和试验研究。结果显示,当喷嘴直径dp1=25 mm、混合室直径d3=48 mm、截面积比f3/fp1=3.69时,该装置的进气量最大,增氧动力效率最高;进气量与增氧动力效率之间呈正相关关系;增氧动力效率随深度的增加而提高,增加率为0.49 kg O2·m-1;喷嘴位置对动力效率和进气量并无影响。同时还建立了有关参数的回归方程式。

    Abstract:

    A new type of aerator, which could be used under ice and in deep water, was designed in terms of water-air spurting principle to solve the problem of oxygen supply for fish and water cleaning in fish pond in the north of China in winter season. The main configuration parameters were determined by calculation and experiment. The results showed that maximum aerating efficiency(AE) was achieved when spurting mouth diameter dp1, mixing chamber diameter d3, and section aera ratio f3/fp1 of spurting mouth and mixing chamber were 25 mm, 48 mm, and 3.69, respectively, AE was positively correlated with air intake, AE increased with the increase of depth at the rate of 0.49 kg O2·m-1. In addition, several regression equations were established for main configuration parameters.
