    该文分析了国内工厂化水产养殖的现状和存在的问题,提出了以PC机为上位机,以西门子S7-224 Programmable Logic Controller(简称PLC)为下位机的水产养殖多环境因子的计算机监控系统的设计方案,阐述了系统的硬件和软件实现方法,成功地应用在工厂化养殖鳗鱼生产中。试验结果表明,该系统操作方便,人机界面友好,性能价格比高,实时控制鱼池中的溶氧量、温度、pH值,使多环境因子稳定在最佳值附近。增产节能效果显著,为提高我国工厂化养殖水平提供了一项切实可行的技术措施。

    Abstract:

    The paper analyses status quo and some present problems of aquiculture in China, and then presents design methods of the supervision and control system with multi-environmental factors of aquiculture, which uses a PC as a host computer and some S7-224 programmable logic controller as secondary computers, and the system was successfully applied in industrialized production of eel. The test results proved, that the system was operated simply, had a good interface and had a high ratio of performance to price. It can realize realtime control over quantity of dissolvent Oxygen in pond, and the value of temperature and pH, and make environmental factors stabilize in its optimum. The whole system can improve productivity remarkably, save power energy and provide a practicable measures for improving industrialized breeding in China.
