    摘要:

    针对农、牧业草场的种植与改造,高尔夫球场、水利工程堤坝、高速公路边坡等面积较大、地势复杂、不易采用传统方法建植草皮的地况,研制了适合我国国情的草种喷播机。该机以内燃机为动力,机械式搅拌器、以水为载体的动力泵、车载式喷射(洒)播种植物种子。重点解决了液、固相混合物的搅拌、水力喷射及控制等关键技术。并对其无载空运转试验、静水压试验、负载试验及排空等试验的结果进行了分析。该设备的研制填补了我国草种喷播领域的空白。

    Abstract:

    Owing to difficult topographic features of agricultural farms and livestock farms, golf courses, embankments of dams and many other large-scale projects, their development, re-configuration and maintenance of the ground covering grasses and lawns become impractical or impossible when the traditional conventional methods of seeding processes are applied. Therefore, the hydro spraying grass seeder has been developed in response to this demand on the one hand, and it is suitable for China current conditions on the other hand. This hydro spraying grass seeder consists of an internal-combustion engine, a mechanical mixer, a motored pump using water as its medium. It is attached to a motor vehicle (instead of being a self-driven one) and uses a sprayer to plant the seeds. The development of this hydro spraying grass seeder has solved challenging technical problems in mixing liquid materials with solid materials, hydraulic spraying and its control, etc. The testing and data analysis of this machine in many aspects, such as idle running without load, static hydraulic pressure, and performance when loaded and during discharging were made. Its development breaks a new ground in the grass seeding and spraying-planting engineering.
