    采用标准κ-ε湍流模型及PISO算法对平板上设置BUMP的柴油喷雾撞壁混合过程进行了模拟计算,并与用片状激光诱导荧光(PLIF)法取得的试验结果进行了对比,二者基本吻合。试验和模拟计算结果均表明,撞壁射流在遇到“限流沿”(BUMP)后会剥离壁面,形成二次空间射流,减少壁面燃油堆积量,且随二次撞壁距离增大,在BUMP和射流撞壁点之间的厚度大约为1~2 mm的燃油高浓度区的面积逐渐增大。计算结果还表明,在平壁上设置BUMP后,在二次射流附近的低压区逐渐形成一个卷吸空气的“双涡结构”,此“双涡结构”对形成稀混合气有重要作用。BUMP的形状不同对形成二次空间射流及稀混合气的作用也不相同,在实际应用中应对其进行优化和合理匹配。

    Abstract:

    Numerical simulation of the wall-impingement mixing process of a diesel fuel spray on the plane with a BUMP was carried out by using standard turbulence model and PISO algorithm. The computed results were in good agreement with the experimental ones obtained by planar laser-induced fluorescence (PLIF) method by comparison. Both measured and computed results indicated that the wall-impingement jet would strip off the wall and a secondary space jet was formed when it met with the BUMP on the plane. This resulted in the decrease of the amount of fuel accumulated on the wall. And the area of approximately 1~2 mm thick fuel-rich region between the BUMP and the jet wall-impinging point was extended with the secondary wall-impingement distance increased. The computational results also showed that a "two-vortex structure" which entrained the surrounding air and had an important role in forming lean mixture appeared in the low pressure zone of near the secondary jet. The shape of a BUMP on the plane had significant effects on the formation of a secondary space jet and lean mixture and should be optimized and matched rationally in practical applications.
