热塑性微细化淀粉的制备及其结构性能研究

    摘要:

    为提高淀粉的热塑性能,优化其加工工艺,以超音速气流粉碎机制备微细化淀粉,确定微细化淀粉的最佳塑化条件,并利用扫描电镜、力学测试和示差扫描量热仪表征热塑性微细化淀粉。结果表明,微细化淀粉的热塑化最佳条件为:丙三醇与聚乙烯醇体积比为5∶1,微细化淀粉含量80%,共混温度160℃,单螺杆转速40 r/min。热塑性微细化淀粉呈现均匀的微观形貌,其拉伸强度为17.36 MPa,断裂伸长率138.29%,于130~155℃温度下熔融,加工性能良好。

    Abstract:

    Micronized starch (MST) was prepared by using supersonic blast air current pulverizer, and the optimized plasticization condition of micronized starch was confirmed. At the same time, the structure and properties of thermoplastic micronized starch were characterized by using scanning electron microscopy, mechanical test and differential scanning calorimetry. The best plasticization condition of micronized starch was: glycerol/PVA(Polyvinyl Alcohol)(V/V)=5∶1, 80% MST, blending temperature 160℃ and screw speed 40 r/min. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) photograph showed that the surface of thermoplastic micronized starch sheet was smooth and its tensile strength and breaking elongation are 17.36 MPa and 138.29% respectively. Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) curve indicated that thermoplastic micronized starch melt at 130~155℃ and its mechanic properties were excellent.
