    摘要:

    潮粮干燥是东北、华北地区秋粮入库前必不可少的加工环节,由于样品流动性、水分分散性等因素的影响,干燥过程中的粮食水分快速、在线、准确检测一直是影响干燥质量的亟待解决的关键技术。根据粮食干燥机的工况特点,提出并研制了一种基于多路水分传感器实时观测信息融合的粮食干燥机水分在线检测系统,介绍了系统的工作原理、硬件构成和软件设计,给出了信息融合算法。系统以单片机80C196KC为信息处理核心,采用大屏幕中文液晶显示。实际运行表明,系统具有信号传输距离远、测量准确、运行可靠、智能化程度高等特点,能够满足粮食干燥机水分在线检测的要求。

    Abstract:

    It is necessary to dry moist grain before storage in the Northeast and North China after harvest in autumn. Because of the flowability and dispersed moisture content of grain, the rapid, on-line and accurate moisture content measuring is a key problem demanding prompt solution. According to the working state of grain dryer, this paper presents an on-line measuring system of moisture content for grain dryer, which is based on multisensor information fusion technology. The measuring principles, hardware structure and software design were introduced, and the information fusion algorithm was given. The measuring system applies 80C196KC single-chip processor as information processing unit, and has friendly user interface with Chinese display LCD. Practical application indicates that this system has many advantages, such as the long distance signal transmission ability, high accuracy, good reliability and intelligence, which can fully meet the needs of on-line measurement of moisture content for grain dyer.
