    摘要:

    在塑料温室气动四联杆天窗机构的静力学分析基础上,考虑强度条件、安装裕量、边界约束等约束条件,以气缸输出推力最小为目标构建优化模型,得到的优化结果采用标准气缸,选配机构满足稳定性要求。通过改变载荷参数和结构参数,优化模型也可用于其它塑料温室的气动四联杆天窗机构设计。运行试验表明:与原有的齿轮齿条开窗机构相比,选配的气动四联杆天窗机构天窗开度增加20°,开窗高度增加28.2%,开到最大角度只需9.3到11.7 s。

    Abstract:

    Based on statics of four-bar linkage roof-windows mechanism for multi-span plastic greenhouse, considering intensity requirement, installation error, boundary and other restrictions, optimizing model taking for minimal pneumatic cylinder output as object was developed and optimized results adopting standard pneumatic cylinder meet stability requirements. The optimum programme can be used to design pneumatic four-bar linkage roof-window mechanism of all kinds of multi-span plastic greenhouses by changing load and structure parameters. Running the new system indicates that the opening angle increases by 20° and its height increases by 28.2%, compared with traditional gear-rack operation system. It only takes 9.3 to 11.7 seconds to arrive at maximal angle.
