Abstract:In order to optimize the technological parameters of oil extraction from bamboo shoots (P. Pubescens) using supercritical CO2 extraction technique, the effects of extraction pressure, extraction temperature, extraction time and CO2 discharge on yield of the oil were investigated, and the components in the oil were also analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The optimum extraction parameters were confirmed as follows: extraction pressure, extraction temperature, extraction time and CO2 discharge were 25 MPa, 55℃, 2.5 hours and 15 L/h. Under those optimum conditions, the yield was 5.74%. According to GC/MS analysis, 17 kinds of compounds were identified in the oil, and the main components were β-sitosterol (26.00%), 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid (10.50%) and 9,12,15-Octadecatrienoic acid (9.83%). The research lays a foundation for further study on effective and comprehensive utilization of bamboo shoots.
