    摘要:

    为实现对单活塞液压自由活塞发动机工作频率的精确控制,掌握液压自由活塞下止点运动规律是基础,基于系统基本原理,研究了活塞下止点运动规律的数学模型。通过建立数学仿真模型和试验系统,研究了液压自由活塞在下止点的运动规律及其影响因素。结果表明,活塞下止点运动过程包括反向加速和正向减速过程,活塞到达下止点后的反弹距离主要由该过程决定,活塞下止点运动过程中的反向加速力来自泵腔和压缩腔压力。系统压缩腔压力变化规律可控是工作频率精确控制的基础,压力变化规律控制要考虑活塞运动状态和单向阀的阀芯动作规律的影响。

    Abstract:

    In order to accurately control the frequency of single piston hydraulic free-piston engine, it is important to confirm the moving mechanism of hydraulic free-piston around bottom dead centre. Through the establishment of mathematical simulation model and experimental system, the piston motion around bottom dead centre and the influencing factors were investigated. Results indicated that the piston motion around bottom dead centre included a backward acceleration process and a forward deceleration process. The rebound distance was determined by these processes, and the backward accelerative force was applied by the pressures of pump and compression chamber. The controllable pressure for compression chamber is the foundation for accurate operating frequency control, and the pressure is affected by the piston motion and the motion characteristics of the check valve spool.
