    摘要:

    农业工程是实现农业现代化的重要物质基础和保障,泛指农业工程技术、农业工程学科及农业工程建设三方面的内容。在我国乡村振兴视域下,以农业工程服务对象的拓展为主线,对美国、欧洲和东亚地区等典型国家与地区的农业工程发展进程及特征分别进行剖析,提炼、归纳得出世界农业工程发展的一般规律;根据该规律,演绎推理中国农业工程的发展状况及所处阶段,并结合中国国情、乡村振兴发展需求,总结中国农业工程现阶段发展从中得到的启示。结果表明,按服务对象的拓展,世界农业工程经历了从1.0到4.0的演进:前期为服务于简单农业生产的农业工程1.0;学科产生后主要为农业生产服务的农业工程2.0;服务对象拓展到农业生产与农村建设并重的农业工程3.0;服务对象拓展到生物系统的农业工程4.0,即生物系统工程;世界农业工程的发展表现为前期注重生产、后期生产生活并重,其发展受到其他科技发展影响,变化的原动力为社会需求。乡村振兴视域下,结合中国农业农村发展的阶段及特色、“三农”发展策略,世界农业工程发展规律对我国的启示为,当前阶段,我国应大力发展农业工程3.0,即农业及农村同等重要的农业工程。

    Abstract:

    Agricultural engineering is an important material basis and guarantee for realizing agricultural modernization, which generally refers to agricultural engineering technology, agricultural engineering discipline and agricultural engineering construction. From the perspective of rural revitalization in China, with the expansion of agricultural engineering service objects as the main line, this paper analyzes the development process and characteristics of agricultural engineering in typical countries and regions such as the United States, Europe and East Asia, and extracts and summarizes the general rule of the development of agricultural engineering in the world. According to this rule, deductive reasoning is made on the development status and the current stage of China’s agricultural engineering, and the enlightenment is summarized in combination with China’s national conditions and rural revitalization needs. The results show that according to the expansion of service objects, the world's agricultural engineering has experienced the evolution from Agricultural engineering 1.0 to Agricultural engineering 4.0: Agricultural engineering 1.0, which serves simple agricultural production; Agricultural engineering 2.0, which occurs after the discipline is created and mainly serves agricultural production; Agricultural engineering 3.0, which pays equal attention to agricultural production and rural construction; Agricultural engineering 4.0, with the service object expanded to biological system, namely biological system engineering; the development of agricultural engineering in the world is characterized by focusing on production in the early stage and paying equal attention to production and life in the later stage. Its development is greatly affected by the development of other science and technology, and the driving force of change comes from social needs. From the perspective of rural revitalization, combined with the stage and characteristics of China’s agricultural and rural development, as well as the common development strategy of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, the inspiration for China from the development laws of world agricultural engineering is that currently China should vigorously develop Agricultural engineering 3.0, for which serving agriculture and rural areas is equally important.
